CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS

Cancellation, early departure and notification policy

In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Fifty percent of the deposit will be applied to the next stay.

For early departures, the remaining days of the booking will be charged pursuant to art. 1385-1386 of cc.

The cancellation policy varies with the seasons; please consult it online during the booking process.

Payment: full payment can be made by check upon arrival or credit card or cash on departure for a maximum amount of €999.00.

 

Not Refundable

The “non refundable” rate provides for full prepayment at any time starting from the reservation. Within the non-refundable rate, the guest may choose from a single room or double room with breakfast included. Rejection of the credit card transaction will result in cancellation of the reservation. In case of cancellation or no show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.

Standard Policy

The guest may cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The guest must pay 50% of the total cost in case of cancellation within 3 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations canceled the day before the arrival date, 100% of the stay will be charged.

In case of failure to arrive (NO SHOW), you will be charged 100% of the total cost of your stay.

For reservations made with prepaid credit cards (e.g. Postepay, PayPal, etc.), a request is made for pre-payment authorization with a charge equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay. In the event that this request is rejected, the reservation will be cancelled.

Summer Policy

The guest may cancel the reservation up to 14 days before arrival.

The guest must pay 50% of the total cost in case of cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations canceled within 5 days before the arrival date will be charged 75% of the total amount.

For reservations canceled the day prior to arrival, 100% of the stay will be charged.

In case of failure to arrive (NO SHOW), you will be charged 100% of the cost of your stay.
